Where can I park?
There is plenty of parking within the Whittier Narrows park that surrounds the BMX track.
Vehicle entrance fee to the park is $6.00 per vehicle.
How much does it cost?
Admission to come inside the physical bike show is free.
Can I sell a bike at the show?
Yes. We have swap meet area where you can rent a space. For sale signs are not permitted on bikes entered in the show while in the display area.
Is Beer/Alcohol allowed?
Not on the show site.
Is food available on site?
Yes, we have a food vendor.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own food/beverage.
How can I get a swap meet spot?
Yes, go HERE and register for a spot
I reserved a swap meet spot, can I put an easy-up over my spot?
Yes, you are able to put up a 10’ x 10’ over each spot you reserved.
It is recommended that you use a tarp at a minimum to place items for sale on.
Tables can also be used as long as they are no larger that your 10’ x 10’
Is a swap meet spot the same as a vendor spot?
No, they are not. Swap meet spots are for folks selling primarily used bike parts. Swap meet spots are not to be used for the promotion of products and services. Please contact us HERE if you are unsure what type of space you need.
How can I get a vendor booth or sponsorship?
Check the sponsorship page for information.
Do I have to be present to win the Opportunity Drawings?
Yes, you must be present to claim your prize in the main show Opportunity Drawings. Vendors who conduct their own giveaways or drawings may have different rules so check with them individually.
Are children welcome?
Yes! This is a family friendly event. Children must be supervised at all times.
Are the bikes secured?
You are responsible for watching your own bikes and personal property.
How many bikes can I enter per class? per show?
As many as you want to enter.
I have competed before can I resubmit the same bike at every show?
Yes
…if so, are all the bikes being submitted recorded?
Yes they are.
Are there rules that the judges are looking for?
Judges are looking for complete bikes that are era correct.
About how many judges are there on each show?
Each class has 1 just per class and in some cases, 2 judges per class.
As far as the display can we place articles or props or mat displaying the bike?
Yes, as long as it stays within reason.
Notice of Filming and Photography
When you enter a BMX Triplecrown Show event, you enter an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.
By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by BMX Triplecrown and its affiliates and representatives. You release BMX TRIPLECROWN , its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by BMX TRIPLECROWN or the person or entity designated to do so by BMX TRIPLECROWN. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
